Flat Cat

As much as I would like to blame the Human for yet another failing, I cannot in good conscience (and, yes, I do too have one!) allow anykitty to think that she starves me. I am just a naturally light eater, uninterested in treats, even the ones the Kitties Who Came Before found irresistible. Sad, is it not?

The only treat to which I can be counted on to succumb is The Baby Meats. Yep, show me a Gerber label and I am putty in your hands. The Human likes to save that for really special occasions so that I do not become immune to its allure.

Because it was 78 freaking degrees here at 7:15 this evening, I was draped artfully on the Human's bed, where you can once again (a) bemoan my puny state, or (b) admire the lean mean machine that is Spitty. Take your pick!

Spitty, We're going with lean mean lubbin' machine!
What other ManCat can juggle so many LadyCats, so successfuly?

Gosh, I wish I were so svelte. I just hate it when I go to the cat fix-it place and get told how chubby I am.

P.S. I love Gerber too!

You certainly are lean; something I can relate to entirely! Does your human try to fatten you up sometimes? They are funny aren't they? I haven't tried the Gerber foods but I'm sure it won't be long now before She gets some for me. Thanks for the tips!

I am a skinny cat who doesn't care much for food either! My human is always worried about me not weighing enough. But apparently she does not care enough to make me fresh chicken every day, so go figure.

We admire the lean machine!

Annie is also quite skinny and often will pass up treats like Temptations, and she's a picky eater, more of a nibbler.

The boys? Uh, not exactly.

Oh let's face it, you're just a looker no matter what...you're driving the ladycats crazy no doubt!

You do appear to be a bit on the thin side, Spitty. But you are still handsome! Some of us don't like any type of treat at our house either! And I (Clarissa) hate catnip!!!

Since I am also petite, I admire you as a lean, mean machine! Treasure

You ARE definitely a lean lubbin' machine. I read what you said to Graycie.

Spitty
My brofur Ping is a naturally trim cat. Mom thought it was funny when she had him at the Vet and the Vet said this is your skinny one, isn't it?
Yep, Ping could care less for food or treats. He just stops to eat cuz he has to. Otherwise it's not interesting to him.Now Jinx on the other hand has never met a meal he didn't like and he is kinda floofy!

Spitty-the-Kitty, I am the only non-food-driven kitty who has ever lived with my mom. If she puts down a can of food for me, I'll lick at it for a while, but I won't beg for it. She hardly ever sees me eat crunchies, I don't care a bit about people foods, and I may or may not eat treats. But I refuse to beg and scream for foods. I'm much politer than that. Other cats who have lived here, however, have almost stolen foods from my mom's mouth! Heathens.
